How long do services last for clients? This will depend on the clients wants, needs, and how they are progressing with their therapist or teacher. Clients are free to determine when they'd like to discontinue services at any point in time. 10. What does your company do to maintain confidentiality and to protect client files and information? Client notes and confidential information are stored in Simple Practice.
